會德豐地產於香港測量師學會首辦的｢Best Development and Conservation Award 2021（BDCA2021)｣中，榮獲5個獎項，得獎項目包括One HarbourGate、MALIBU、MONTEREY、OASIS KAI TAK、以及One Bay East，分別涵蓋Planning, Pre-construction, Construction, Post-occupation 及 Sales & Leasing 五大獎項類別。BDCA2021評審為資深測量師及業界代表，該獎項反映團隊在項目規劃、建築設計、品質、市場及銷售策略等多方面表現傑出，並有效運用測量專業打造優質項目，獲取專業肯定及認同。
