Wheelock Properties received various awards at RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Awards 2018, in recognition of the company’s performance in driving sustainable social impact, product excellence, and a strong business partnership. 

For the fifth year running, Wheelock Properties was awarded “Corporate Social Responsibility Project of the Year” for its unremitted efforts to care for people and environment. It is also a testament to the hard work and dedication of Wheelock Properties’ teams and business partners for their wins in categories including “Residential Team of the Year”, “Best Deal of the Year”, “Project Construction Team of the Year” and “Sustainability Achievement of the Year”. 

RICS also honored Chairman of Wheelock Properties Mr Stewart Leung with “Lifetime Achiever Award” for his extraordinary contributions to the real estate industry. 

Established in 2000, the RICS Awards Hong Kong has recognised the region’s most successful real estate teams and developments in the property sector. The awards were evaluated upon the basis of professionalism, achievement, innovation and teamwork.
