Wheelock Properties received two awards from The Outstanding Developer Awards 2017. 8 Bay East is granted Waterfront Grade-A Commercial Landmark Architecture while Monterey at O’ South is awarded for Low Density Waterfront Residence.
The award holds at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong on 1 February 2018 with the aim to recognize the outstanding performance of developers and their enormous contribution to the Hong Kong economy on a continual basis.
