Mr. Stephen Ng, Chairman and Managing Director of The Wharf (Holdings) Limited and Committee Chairman of Project WeCan Foundation as Officiating Guest
Wheelock Properties’ partner school, Ng Yuk Secondary School, held the 43rd Speech Day on 29 May. This year, the school specially invited Mr. Stephen Ng, Chairman and Managing Director of The Wharf (Holdings) Limited and Committee Chairman of Project WeCan Foundation, to be the officiating guest and to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Project WeCan simultaneously.
In his speech, Mr. Ng shared that he was from a grassroots family and how he managed to overcome difficulties in his studies and career. He inspired the students to adopt the "Three Open" attitude, which includes “Open your eyes, Open your mind, Open your heart” to better equip themselves. Mr. Ng also encouraged the students to have a “Can do” spirit.
Mr. Ricky Wong, Managing Director of Wheelock Properties, also joined with volunteers to attend the ceremony and shared the joy of graduates.
