Wheelock 's Tseung Kwan O South development, MONTEREY, won the @Quality Building Award - QBA 2020 in the Hong Kong Residential (Multiple Buildings) category*. The accolade is a recognition to the project team in terms of quality and design of the building, application of environmental and innovative technologies, as well as cost effectiveness and facility management. We have once again scaled new heights and created another quality property.
