Wheelock Properties x Hong Chi “Christmas Apron Design Competition”

The annual design competition co-organized by Wheelock Properties and Hong Chi Association was successfully held on 14 December 2023. In order to celebrate the joyful festive with Hong Chi’s students, the competition, themed “Our Christmas Feast”, encouraged students with intellectual disabilities from 11 Hong Chi Association schools to illustrate their Christmas Feast through creative drawings on the Apron.

 

This year, the competition received an overwhelming response, attracting more than 170 Hong Chi Association students to submit entries. The judging panel was formed by the representatives from Wheelock Properties and Hong Chi Association. There are two competition groups: Group 1 (11 years old or below) and Group 2 (12 years old or above). There are winner, first runner-up, second runner-up and 10 merit winners from each of the categories. The champion winning piece will be printed on the apron. It is not only a memorable Christmas souvenir, but also a recognition to the participants’ artistic talents.

 

“It is an honour for Wheelock Properties to co-organise a Christmas Design Competition with Hong Chi Association for 15 consecutive years.  This competition’s theme is “Our Christmas Feast”. The students participated enthusiastically, and each artwork is creative and unique. This year, the winning design pieces of the two categories will be incorporated into our Corporate Christmas card this year.  As a long-term trusted partner with the Hong Chi Association, we hope to encourage students to unleash their creativity and talent through different activities and platforms!
